As vice president of the Black Employee Network at Amazon, she has consistently been a positive force for Black women in the corporate world. Her impact goes beyond corporate boundaries; she also participated In the Miss Pride of Africa beauty pageant. She organises community projects in Nigeria and runs a ‘Finance Friday’ segment on social media.

“Itiafa’s resilience and passion are evident in her drive for community engagement and education,” said Vaina.
