A distinguished member of the River Tyne project since August 2022, Peace has committed to raising awareness of Newcastle’s heritage among young people from diverse backgrounds. Passionate about history and storytelling, Peace brings energy and leadership to every session, showcases her filmmaking skills and serves as a spokesperson in interviews.
She is also a valued member of Newcastle Apostolic Church’s worship team and devoted 40 hours in the summer holidays to volunteer for the summer school, providing support to children aged five to eight.
“Peace exemplifies the qualities of a positive role model, making substantial contributions to the community and inspiring those around her,” said Vaina.
